Vendor Information and rules 

1. Applications will not be processed until Booth fees are received but sponsoring organization and are non-refundable except if event is canceled by the festival committee due to extreme weather conditions
2. Booth fees are $30 for St Paul church members and $35 for non-church members and both     include the city of Conway one day business license fee of $5.                                                                                          
3. Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying all applicable South Carolina State sales tax.
4. This is an outdoor event. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs and displays.
5. Set-up starts at 6:30a and must be fully completed before 9am and may not be broken down before 3pm but completed by 5pm. Cars must be off front parking lot by 8:30am. Vendors are responsible for securing their tents and displays in case of wind or rain.
6. Booth displays should be neat and appropriate for a family-friendly community event .         
7. No pets are permitted in vendor booths except for service animals.
8. Children must be supervised at all times.
9. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space before leaving.
10. The Crafts Festival committee reserves the right to remove items or displays deemed inappropriate.

Liability

The St Paul’s Anglican Church & The St Paul’s Arts and Crafts Festival cannot be held liable for loss, damage, theft, or injury.
