St. Paul’s Church Safety/Security Survey

Our Safety/Security Team is currently seeking assistance as we move forward in our goal of protecting those who attend our church and providing a welcoming atmosphere to those who are visiting. Please take a few minutes to complete this questionnaire and return in the offering plate, to a Vestry Member, or the church office as soon as possible. Not only are we looking for assistance on Sundays, but we would like to know of any medical skills or law enforcement experience that you may have as well. This will be kept confidential except for those serving on the Safety/Security Team. List all family member names as indicated.
